Chihuly "Glass" Sculptures

The sixth grade students as Washington Elementary looked at the beautiful glass sculptures of the Artist Dale Chihuly. The Franklin Park Conservatory has many of Chihuly's Sculptures on display. Taking inspiration from his work the students created their own "glass" sculptures.

Casey Adkins, a fourth grader at Washington Elementary, had her Mosaic Mask chosen to be on the cover of the Board minutes for the month of November.

Blake won a second place ribbon at the Pumpkin Show.
